Flowerwall Hire Terms & Conditions

Prices listed or quoted are single hire prices only.

Deliveries outside our delivery zone and outside our standard delivery times will be charged an extra delivery cost.

All orders are paid prior or at delivery.

A daily hire rate will apply to hire goods returned late; this also applies if the hiree is not present at the agreed time and place for pick up.

All hires must be returned in the same clean and dry condition as supplied or additional charges will be made.

All damage, loss or breakage to hire goods will be charged for at the full price of repair or replacement – Payment must be made within 7 days of damage or loss.

Goods should be checked on delivery for quantity and condition. No claims will be accepted unless reported on delivery.

Items hired are the sole responsibility of the hirer from the point and time of delivery and until the point and time of collection.

The company will not be liable for any damage or loss caused to any person, property, animal or thing whatsoever, arising from the carriage, use or handling in any way of the goods hereby hired even though such loss may result from negligence of the business, it's carrier's, or agents, and the customer will indemnify the business in respect of any claim for such loss or damage.

If a deposit is required, the deposit is non-refundable.

The full hire amount will be charged if the customer is not present at the place and the agreed time for delivery

Bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to the hire date will be refunded in full, excluding the deposit cost.

Bookings cancelled 14 or less days prior to the hire date will be charged the full booking cost.

No cancellation by the customer is valid unless is has been acknowledged in writing by Flowerwall FX.
